Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily store activities and leading a close-knit team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires driving sales targets while being actively involved in the training and development of your team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth store operations while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop future leaders within the store.
  • Maintain impeccable store standards concerning safety and cleanliness.
  • Manage inventory effectively, minimizing losses through vigilant stock control.
  • Engage in frontline tasks such as assisting at registers, restocking shelves, and merchandising special promotions when necessary.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Efficiently allocate resources to achieve targets without sacrificing quality.
  • Conduct interviews to assist Area Managers in recruiting the most suitable candidates for your team.

Additional Information

  • Competitive salary ranging from $114,188 to $148,757 annually, including superannuation and projected bonuses, varying by location and experience.
  • Employment contract of 45 hours per week with a flexible rotating roster incorporating weekends and early shifts.
