Role Overview
Take your retail leadership skills further as an Assistant Store Manager, where you will oversee daily operations, boost sales, and guide your team to excel.
In this key leadership role, you will provide support to the Store Manager in operating a multi-million-dollar business, including team motivation, scheduling, and reporting responsibilities, contributing to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture upcoming leaders by training and mentoring store employees to reach their full potential.
- Maintain store standards by ensuring cleanliness and safety regulations are consistently met.
- Oversee inventory management and loss prevention activities.
- Engage actively with your team on customer service, stocking, and merchandising special products.
- Spot opportunities to enhance store operations and suggest improvements.
- Ensure smooth store functioning, aiming to provide Australia's most satisfying shopping experience.
- Assume full store management duties when the Store Manager is unavailable.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in team leadership, ideally within a customer-oriented setting.
