Job Overview
We are looking for a diligent Store Manager to oversee laptop sales at the HP Showroom in Pune. This role involves managing store operations, supervising the sales team, and driving customer engagement to boost sales.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee sales activities related to laptops within the HP Showroom.
- Lead and supervise the store team, ensuring high productivity and performance.
- Manage daily store operations and upkeep.
- Compile daily operational reports and distribute them accordingly.
- Identify and generate new sales leads, increasing customer traffic to the store.
- Develop and contribute innovative promotional strategies to enhance store visibility and attract more customers.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the store's physical environment.
- Maintain and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Support inventory control and management processes.
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary range of INR 25,000 to 30,000.
