Role Overview

Join Superdrug as a Store Manager where you'll motivate your team, spearhead sales initiatives, and contribute significantly to the store's success.

Location and Schedule

Position based at 81-83 Albany Road Roath, Cardiff, South Glamorgan CF24 3LN. The role requires 39 hours per week with flexible shifts spanning mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Specific working hours can be finalized during the interview stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development for a dedicated team to ensure exceptional customer service and peak performance.
• Devise and implement captivating in-store promotions and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain high standards of operational management including conducting audits, budget oversight, and managing stock levels.
• Boost sales through well-planned promotions, excellent merchandising strategies, and efficient stock control.
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
• Proven leadership abilities to encourage and motivate team members effectively.
• Strong enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
• Capable of making sound decisions and solving problems efficiently.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding set objectives.
• Willingness to offer piercing services to customers, with complete training provided (this is optional).

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary up to £35,000.
