Main Responsibilities

• Assuming full accountability for the economic success of the Göppingen store
• Leading, developing, and motivating the team during daily operations
• Managing product assortment, merchandise presentation, and warehouse organization
• Monitoring key business figures and implementing resulting measures
• Serving as a contact person for customers, suppliers, and company leadership

Candidate Profile

• Several years of professional experience in the sports, textile, or footwear retail sector
• Proven leadership experience with personnel responsibility
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong organizational skills, and enjoyment of customer interaction
• Residence in the Göppingen area or willingness to relocate
• Availability to work Saturdays (three Saturdays per month), as Saturday is the key sales day
