Store Manager - Express

About the Role

As a Store Manager at Asda Express, you will lead and inspire your team to provide heartfelt service daily. You will be responsible for fostering a positive store culture, ensuring a welcoming environment for both colleagues and customers. The role involves managing standalone Express sites, petrol filling stations (PFS), or small-format supermarkets. You will set the example by leading from the front, upholding high standards, and driving exceptional commercial outcomes.

• Lead, motivate, and empower the team to deliver excellent customer service with enthusiasm and care.
• Develop a supportive and inclusive team culture that colleagues are proud to belong to.
• Drive sales growth, maintain superior operational standards, and prioritize an outstanding customer experience.
• Own overall store performance including colleague capability and commercial objectives.
• Oversee cost control, stock management, pricing strategies, and profit enhancement activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, particularly for all petrol filling station (PFS) and forecourt requirements.
• Manage daily people operations with professionalism and a caring approach.

• Full-time permanent position

• 45 hours per week
