Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of management experience in retail or customer service environments.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving competencies.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in sales-oriented roles.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including coaching and mentoring team members with professionalism.
- Minimum education requirement of High School diploma or GED.
Additional Requirements
- Valid legal documentation proving identity and eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability and willingness to work full time, often exceeding 40 hours weekly, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits
The typical salary range for this position is $61,000 to $80,875 CAD annually. Base salary will vary based on the market, experience, skills, and internal equity. Eligible employees may also participate in bonus programs and receive annual stock grants.
