Role Overview

We are searching for a Store Manager to join Poundland in Kidderminster. In this pivotal role, you will inspire and lead your team to uphold outstanding store standards and deliver exceptional customer service daily. You will take full responsibility for the complete store performance by driving sales, meeting targets, and ensuring smooth operations.

Your leadership will span developing your team, managing stock control, and enhancing the overall customer experience in a lively retail environment. Prioritizing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff is essential.

You will enforce adherence to store policies and foster a positive culture that empowers staff for success. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader capable of motivating teams, making savvy commercial decisions, and responding agilely to the fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and inspire the store team to achieve excellent customer service and store standards.
• Oversee all aspects of store performance including sales growth, achieving business targets, and daily operations.
• Manage inventory and stock control effectively to support store needs.
