Store Manager - Clerys

Job Overview

This is a permanent full-time role (39 hours per week) located at the H&M store in Clerys, Dublin 1. The role requires full flexibility, including weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your store team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Evaluate sales data, establish goals, and develop strategies to boost sales, profitability, and stock management.
• Maintain awareness of your store’s strengths, identify growth opportunities, monitor competitors, and understand the local market and customer preferences.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture your team while fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture that encourages innovation and development.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Team Collaboration

You will work closely with a vibrant Store Team that includes Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, and Visual Merchandisers to create an inspiring environment for customers and colleagues alike. As a leader, you will also coordinate with area teams, the support office, and essential business functions to drive the store’s performance and contribute to the company’s overall success.
