About the Role
The Body Shop Australia is seeking a passionate Store Manager who embodies enthusiasm for the brand and the unique way the company conducts business. This leadership role requires deep beauty retail knowledge and a dedication to driving the store's success through excellent sales outcomes and creating an engaging experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience by fostering engagement and bringing the brand ethos to life.
- Set, monitor, and achieve sales and performance goals through effective planning and organization.
- Manage store operations, including inventory control and adapting to changes efficiently.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the beauty market, competitors, and a strong passion for The Body Shop's products.
- Communicate effectively and manage team members flexibly, nurturing a work culture aligned with the store’s needs that attracts and retains talent reflective of the brand.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Full-time position with 38 hours per week, working five days.
- Regular days off on Sundays and Mondays.
- Salary based on store grading and banding, approximately AUD 69,177 annually.
