Store Manager - Claremont

About the Role

The Body Shop Australia is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead its Claremont location. This role requires someone passionate about our brand and committed to delivering exceptional retail experiences. Your expertise in beauty retail will guide the team in driving sales, enhancing customer engagement, and maintaining high store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion a customer-centric store environment by motivating the team to enhance brand interaction and customer satisfaction.
• Meet and manage sales and performance objectives through strategic planning and effective organization.
• Oversee stock control and迅速 adapt to operational changes to ensure smooth store functioning.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the beauty industry, competitors, and products, demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for The Body Shop's offerings.
• Lead and develop the store team with strong communication, flexibility, and accountability, attracting and retaining individuals who align with our culture.

Work Schedule

• 38 hours per week
• Tuesday: 8:00 am – 5:45 pm
• Wednesday: 8:45 am – 5:45 pm
• Thursday: 8:45 am – 3:00 pm & 3:00 pm – 9:15 pm
• Friday: 8:45 am – 5:45 pm
• Saturday: 8:45 am – 5:15 pm

Compensation and Working Hours

• Salary commensurate with store grading, approximately $68,088 annually
• Full-time equivalent, 38 hours per week
