Job Overview
This full-time Store Manager position based in Brighton involves leading and inspiring a retail team to maximize sales, enhance operational efficiencies, and meet business objectives. The role includes managing a fast-paced retail environment while promoting exceptional customer service, operational accuracy, and safety standards.
Work Schedule
- 38.75 hours per week
- Monday: 08:45 - 17:15
- Tuesday: 11:45 - 20:15
- Thursday: 11:45 - 20:15
- Friday: 08:45 - 17:15
- Saturday: 08:45 - 17:15
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team to perform at their highest levels.
- Create an environment centered on excellent customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining accurate stock management.
- Engage directly in operational and commercial activities alongside your team.
- Work as part of the area team reporting to the Area Manager, contributing to brand growth by identifying new opportunities and delivering added value.
- Maintain clear and timely communication to meet business requirements.

- Possess strong commercial insight with the ability to craft an outstanding shopping experience for customers.
