Job Overview

As a Store Manager at JYSK’s Ballincollig location, you will lead and inspire your entire store team to deliver excellent sales results and outstanding customer service. This role involves hands-on leadership and active involvement in day-to-day operations to ensure the store operates effectively and meets its business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the store together with the Deputy Store Manager, sharing responsibility for all operations.
• Lead, coach, and engage your team directly on the store floor to maintain full readiness for sales and provide customers with a superior experience.
• Analyze sales and performance data to identify actions that drive goal achievement.
• Ensure full compliance with the store concept and routines.
• Recruit new employees, onboard them efficiently, and continuously develop your current team members.
• Actively participate in selling and perform regular physical store tasks, setting an example through your dedication.

• Proven experience in team leadership, motivation, and employee development.
