Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to ensure the coffeehouse operates smoothly and delivers exceptional customer experiences.
• Create a warm, inviting atmosphere where customers feel valued and connected.
• Manage daily business activities, focusing on sales growth and quality service.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members with professionalism and strong leadership.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or customer service management, or alternatively, 4+ years of service in the U.S. Military.
• Proven ability to lead teams with strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience driving sales in a customer-focused environment.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
• Availability to work full-time, often exceeding 40 hours weekly, with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
