About the Role
Join us as a Store Manager where crafting exceptional coffee and fostering genuine connections form the core of your daily responsibilities. This leadership position focuses on creating a warm, inviting environment where each coffee moment inspires community and joy. You will guide your team with both skill and compassion, ensuring the coffeehouse serves as a welcoming space for all.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Bring at least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4+ years of service in the U.S. Military.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with proven experience in a sales-driven environment.
- Exhibit confident leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members through professional guidance.
- Minimum education required is a High School diploma or GED.
- Provide legal documentation confirming your identity and eligibility for employment in the United States.
- Willingness and ability to work full-time hours, often exceeding 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
