Store Manager

Role Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for managing the daily functions of a retail outlet, ensuring compliance with company standards spanning merchandising, staff management, scheduling, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of store operations adhering to company policies.
• Lead, motivate, and nurture the development of store team members to fulfill business objectives.
• Support merchandising activities, including stocking and unpacking shipments daily.
• Offer exceptional customer service while addressing and resolving complex customer issues.
• Maintain and uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Ensure overall store safety and cleanliness standards are met consistently.
• Oversee cash handling, as well as store opening and closing procedures.
• Deliver performance feedback and assign responsibilities to team members.
• Manage recruitment processes and employee evaluations.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of two years’ experience in retail along with proven team leadership skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication skills coupled with sound decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional leadership qualities and adept problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
