Primary Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of running your assigned store effectively and efficiently.
• Lead, motivate, and support your team to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.
• Manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• If applicable, oversee the online home delivery service, particularly in stores with high-volume digital orders.
• Impart and embody company values in both team members and store culture.

Candidate Profile

• Hardworking, proactive attitude with excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high operational standards.
• Experience managing high-volume digital retail operations is advantageous.
