Store Manager

About the Role

Join Psycho Bunny, a distinctive clothing brand known for bold designs and premium quality, operating over 200 sales locations globally. We are seeking a Store Manager for our Toronto Eaton Centre location who will lead the store to exceed sales and customer service goals while embodying the brand's core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership by cultivating an inclusive, supportive team culture that embraces diversity and fosters employee engagement.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships among team members to promote an optimal experience for guests and smooth store operations.
• Enhance customer loyalty by analyzing buying trends and coaching the team to deliver exceptional clienteling and personalized service, integrating in-store and omnichannel sales options.
• Oversee store operations including visual merchandising to meet Psycho Bunny's standards, strategic planning, budgeting, and management of profit and loss in compliance with all relevant laws and policies.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum five years of retail store management experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours encompassing nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on driving a customer-centric sales culture.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range from $65,000 to $72,000.
