Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a single restaurant location. Your duties include recruiting, leading, and directing team members to meet financial targets while guaranteeing an outstanding guest experience. Your leadership is pivotal to driving store success.

Training

To equip you for your role, we provide at least eight weeks of paid store management leadership training.

Desired Qualifications

• High school diploma is mandatory
• Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius of current residence
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business demands
• Food Safety certification such as Serve Safe

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

The work environment involves exposure to heat and steam near serving areas. Tasks require standing for extended periods, operating kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives, and handling hot and cold foods swiftly and accurately. Lifting up to 50 lbs, working in noisy and fast-paced conditions with limited space and high shelving is expected. Essential abilities include effective verbal communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict management skills.

Compensation Details

The pay scale ranges from $28 to $31 per hour, with compensation adjusted based on location and experience. Bonus programs are discretionary and subject to change without prior notice.
