Store Keeper - Technical Stores

Role Purpose

Responsible for managing daily activities involving receipt, bins management, packing, dispatch, and related operations for all materials utilized in aircraft maintenance, adhering strictly to company policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational tasks within technical stores.
• Issue spare parts to Base and Line Maintenance teams as well as third-party partners.
• Provide tools issuance support for Base and Line Maintenance and third parties.
• Efficiently pack spares, arrange them in bins, and update system locations for inventory accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in engineering stores; monitor storage environment, including temperature and humidity control.
• Inspect and receive all unserviceable spares placed in quarantine for subsequent processing.
• Accept unserviceable spares from third parties for repair and generate client work orders.
• Appropriately pack spares in designated containers preparing for dispatch, repair, or exchange.
• Handle receiving and packing duties for all third-party shipments prepared for dispatch.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Holds a two-year college diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Alternatively, possession of a specialized certificate or license in the field combined with a secondary school certificate and at least six years of aviation-related experience in a comparable role.

Skills & Knowledge

• Fluent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Competent use of MS Office applications.
• Solid understanding of materials management and familiarity with aircraft material handling practices.
