Role Overview
The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing the entire process of receiving, storing, and issuing packing materials within the pharmaceutical environment, ensuring proper coordination and documentation adherence.
Primary Duties
- Oversee the receipt and acceptance of packing materials into the warehouse facility.
- Manage storage and warehouse activities to maintain organized inventory and space utilization.
- Coordinate the issuance of materials to production as per requirements and schedules.
- Maintain control over inventory levels to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping related to all store transactions.
- Liaise with relevant departments to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Conduct regular packing material reconciliations to verify stock accuracy.
- Lead and manage the store team to achieve operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess good organizational skills with experience in warehouse handling, inventory management, and team supervision within a pharmaceutical or similar industry setting.
