Store Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Store Executive to manage daily store operations within the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) department. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth coordination between Stores, Dispatch, and Plant Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities and maintain inventory documentation.
• Manage the receipt, issuance, and update of stock materials efficiently.
• Ensure proper record-keeping for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Liaise closely with Dispatch and Plant Operations to streamline material flow.
• Prepare and maintain detailed Excel reports on stock status and material movement.
• Handle email communication and daily reporting responsibilities.
• Monitor inventory levels to guarantee timely availability of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store premises.
• Adhere strictly to company protocols regarding material handling and documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Intermediate or Degree qualification.
• Proficient computer skills, especially in Excel and email usage.
• Prior experience with inventory management and store operations preferred.

Additional Information
