Job description
Job Location and Compensation
This position is based in Goregaon East, Mumbai. The salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month, subject to interview outcomes.
Role and Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly understand recruitment needs and requirements.
- Utilize various job portals to strategically source suitable candidates, including but not limited to popular platforms.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate applicants and create a shortlist of relevant candidates.
- Assist in salary negotiations and oversee necessary documentation processes.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for future recruitment needs.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduates with foundational knowledge of recruitment practices.
- Graduates eager to pursue a dedicated career as a Recruitment Specialist.
- Strong communication skills complemented by confidence in engagements.
