Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a Field Sales Officer (FOS) to join our team in Ahmedabad or Surat. The role involves driving merchant acquisition and lead generation primarily within the local market. This position offers a fixed monthly salary along with a petrol allowance.
Responsibilities
- Onboard restaurants and new merchants effectively.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into active merchants.
- Achieve specified sales targets and daily productivity goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term engagement.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales.
- Graduate qualification is mandatory.
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
- Proficiency in local language and good knowledge of the local market is preferred.
- Experience in the Food Delivery, FMCG, or E-commerce sectors is favored.
- Skills in business development, negotiation, and relationship management are essential.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed salary range between ₹30,000 and ₹50,000 monthly CTC.
- Additional petrol allowance of ₹2,000 per month.
Additional Information
Performance will be measured on parameters such as restaurant onboarding, lead conversion, merchant activation, sales target achievement, and daily productivity.
