Position Overview

This entry-level Store Crew role offers flexible part-time schedules designed to suit varied lifestyles. Typical duties include cash handling, managing fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking inventory. Some roles may also involve food preparation tasks and adhering to food safety standards. While prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Enthusiasm and a readiness to learn through company training programs will enable success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create positive customer interactions.
• Handle cash and fuel transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store environment to ensure it is always presentable for customers.
• Prepare food and beverages, including popular items such as coffee, following health code regulations.
• Promote and support the store's loyalty rewards program.
• Perform physical activities such as frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
