Role Overview

This entry-level crew role is designed with flexible schedules to fit your lifestyle. Your duties will include cash handling, fuel sales transactions, store cleaning, restocking shelves, and for certain foodservice roles, food preparation and maintaining food safety standards. Beyond the tasks, expect a collaborative team environment and enjoyable interactions with customers. Prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is a plus but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided to equip you for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment continually.
• Prepare and present food items per health code regulations, including coffee and other popular offerings.
• Handle cash and fuel transactions accurately and promote our customer rewards programs effectively.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines diligently.
• Perform physical tasks including frequent bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting items up to 50 pounds.

Pay range for this position is $16.00 to $21.44 per hour, subject to state location and company discretion. Additional bonuses, commissions, and benefits are discretionary and subject to change.
