Role Overview

The Store Crew position is an entry-level opportunity designed with flexible schedules to accommodate your life. Core tasks include cash handling, managing fuel transactions, cleaning, restocking merchandise, and for some foodservice roles, food preparation and ensuring food safety standards. Beyond job duties, the role offers enjoyable team camaraderie and regular customer engagement. While experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or food service is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Comprehensive training programs empower you to succeed and excel.

• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment ensuring the store is always ready for customers.
• Proficiency in correct food preparation and presentation, including specialty items like coffee.
• Excellent aptitude for cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the store's rewards and loyalty programs.
• Ability to follow health and food safety regulations rigorously.
• Capacity to multitask while performing physical activities such as repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation for this role ranges between $18.00 and $24.12 per hour, reflecting the company's good faith estimate applicable to the local region. Actual pay may vary in accordance with experience and company policies. This range does not guarantee wages or benefits until the earnings vest under the company's terms and applicable plans. Benefits and bonuses are discretionary and may be modified consistent with legal requirements.
