Role Responsibilities
- Operate as a retail sales associate performing cashier duties and customer service.
- Handle cash and fuel transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock replenishment of the store.
- Undertake food service tasks including preparation and adhering to safety standards.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and interact enjoyably with customers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Driven to exceed customer expectations consistently.
- Committed to upholding a clean, safe, and customer-ready store.
- Skillful in food preparation and presentation, including coffee making.
- Competent in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
- Ability to comply with health and food safety guidelines.
- Capable of multitasking and physical activities like bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
