Role Overview
This entry-level crew position offers flexible schedules designed to accommodate diverse lifestyles. Responsibilities include cash handling, fuel transaction processing, cleaning duties, restocking, and for some roles, food preparation and ensuring food safety standards. Candidates often enjoy the camaraderie of the store team and engaging interactions with customers. Prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or food service is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided to support success in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by supporting store operations efficiently.
- Handle cash and fuel transactions accurately while promoting the company's rewards loyalty program.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store environment, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Prepare food and beverages following health code guidelines, including making coffee.
- Perform physical tasks such as repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
