About the Role

Join 7-Eleven, a globally recognized brand with over 86,000 locations, as a Store Crew member based in Pickering, Ontario. This position offers entry-level opportunities with flexible scheduling designed to accommodate your lifestyle. The role involves cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and some tasks related to food preparation and food safety for food service positions. While prior cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training is provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Handling cash and fuel transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Cleaning and maintaining a safe and customer-ready store environment.
• Stocking shelves and ensuring product availability.
• Performing food preparation and ensuring adherence to foodservice safety standards, including preparing coffee and other customer favorites.
• Engaging with customers and fostering a friendly team environment.

Qualifications and Expectations

• A positive attitude with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards within the store.
• Capability to perform multiple tasks, including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
• Understanding and complying with health code regulations and company policies.
