Role Overview

The Store Crew position is an entry-level role offering flexible schedules to accommodate diverse lifestyles. Key duties include handling cash and fuel transactions, maintaining cleanliness, restocking shelves, and in some cases, food preparation and ensuring food safety. While prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is advantageous, it is not mandatory; a positive attitude paired with comprehensive training prepares individuals for success.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash and fuel transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store environment at all times.
• Perform stocking duties to ensure product availability and presentation.
• Carry out food preparation and uphold food safety and health code standards.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and courteous manner to enhance their shopping experience.
• Operate equipment as needed, including coffee machines for customer favorites.
• Perform physical tasks such as repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
