Role Overview

The Store Crew role is an entry-level position designed with flexible schedules to accommodate your lifestyle. Core duties include handling cash, conducting fuel transactions, cleaning, and restocking inventory. Specific foodservice roles involve food preparation and ensuring food safety compliance. While experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates with a positive attitude will benefit from our comprehensive training designed to help them thrive.

Candidate Expectations

• A keen desire to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations during store visits.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and customer-ready store environment.
• Proper food preparation and presentation skills, including making coffee, a customer favorite.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and actively promoting our rewards and loyalty program.
• Adherence to health code and safety guidelines concerning foodservice.
• Capability to multi-task effectively; physical requirements include frequent bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
