Role Overview
The company is currently seeking a Store Incharge/Store Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of the store, maintain proper inventory control, and uphold excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, accurately track inventory records, and manage ordering and material storage.
- Lead and supervise store personnel, including scheduling shifts, conducting performance reviews, and providing necessary training.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Monitor sales metrics, develop strategies to meet sales goals, and prepare detailed reports covering sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Ensure the store is clean and complies with safety and health regulations.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to guarantee timely stock delivery.
