Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping of storage units, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and other facility areas.
- Ensure proper disposal of trash throughout the facility.
- Monitor and manage cleaning supply inventory, placing orders for replenishment as necessary.
- Complete other assigned cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
The position involves moderate hazards requiring adherence to safety protocols, such as handling moving machinery parts and exposure to cleaning chemicals. Use of protective gear—including masks, goggles, gloves, or shields—may be necessary. Physically, the role demands stamina for standing extended periods, mobility across indoor and outdoor settings, reaching items at various heights, and lifting or maneuvering equipment of at least 50 pounds, sometimes without assistance.
