Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other facility areas through sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping.
- Properly dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness.
- Manage and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, replenishing as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility maintenance.

Physical and Work Environment
The role involves moderate physical work including standing for extended periods, moving outdoors, reaching for items at various heights, and handling equipment with weights up to 50 pounds, both assisted and unassisted. Safety precautions such as protective clothing and equipment (masks, gloves, goggles) may be necessary due to exposure to moving machinery or cleaning chemicals.
