Stocking 1 Team Associate

Role Overview

This role involves delivering excellent customer service through the efficient completion of stocking tasks. The position requires precise stocking of picks and new merchandise within a secure, clean environment while working collaboratively as part of a team to plan and manage duties in line with operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer friendly and polite customer service by warmly greeting customers, assisting with product promotion, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchasing decisions, addressing issues, and escalating concerns when needed.
• Assess the workload for designated store sections to prioritize tasks.
• Ensure merchandise is accurately signed and displayed correctly.
• Maintain organized shelf layouts and correct shelf capacity issues.
• Manage merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to enhance product availability processes.
• Use appropriate fixtures, supplies, and tools to complete tasks effectively.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by following company safety policies and procedures, performing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Prepare the backroom area for the stock unloading process.

Additional Information

The minimum hourly wage for this position starts at $16.15 CAD.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
