Stocker

Job Overview

The Stocker position involves replenishing and maintaining the store's inventory and cleanliness standards while reporting directly to the Store Manager. This role is based in Marysville, OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer a welcoming greeting to customers entering the store or gas station area.
• Refill coolers and freezers following the store's layout plan (planogram).
• Restock shelves and product displays as per planogram specifications.
• Clean coolers and shelving areas within the store.
• Rotate stored inventory to the sales floor using the FIFO (First In, First Out) system.
• Price items according to company guidelines.
• Safely operate equipment such as ladders, step ladders, and wear protective gloves as needed for tasks.
• Maintain and replenish restroom supplies and cleanliness.
• Clean and stock beverage and food service sections.
• Clean and stock supplies on the gasoline island and maintain gas pump cleanliness.
• Wash store windows and window sills.
• Organize and tidy storage and back room areas.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Job requires bending, standing, and walking throughout the full workday.
• Ability to climb ladders safely.
• Experience handling cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Capable of lifting weights of 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
