About the Role
Join Harbor Freight Tools as a full-time Assistant Manager in Yuma, AZ. Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage for this role ranges from $26.00 to $28.60, dependent on your location, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, you may qualify for a monthly bonus. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage. Eligible employees may participate in the company’s 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Paid time off includes up to 152 hours annually, which encompasses PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, along with up to 64 hours of paid sick leave per year or as mandated by law. The store operates from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with respectful scheduling practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary and professional customer service standards
- Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and organized presentation
- Develop cross-functional skills by training across stocking, sales, and other store operations
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering their growth
- Act as Leader on Duty according to schedule
- Serve as an expert in your role and embody the company’s core workplace values
- Oversee inventory accuracy by ensuring stock availability and correct pricing
- Perform other duties as required to support store operations
