Stocker

Job Overview

The Stocker is tasked with maintaining store stock and cleanliness, reporting directly to the Store Manager.

Key Duties

• Warmly greet customers entering the store or gas station area.
• Replenish coolers and freezers according to planogram specifications.
• Restock store shelves and product displays following planogram guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of coolers and shelving units.
• Manage inventory rotation by moving back stock to sales floors based on FIFO principles.
• Label products with pricing adhering to company standards.
• Safely perform all assigned tasks using appropriate equipment such as ladders, gloves, and other tools.
• Clean and restock restrooms regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies in beverage and food service areas.
• Keep the gasoline station supplies and pumps clean and orderly.
• Wash store windows and sills, and organize storage or back rooms.
• Perform any additional job-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Capability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English effectively.
• The role involves physical activities such as bending, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely climb ladders.
• Experience or willingness to work with cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Physical ability to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
