Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders from various temperature zones to ensure timely and precise delivery.
- Maintain product quality by selecting fresh goods and removing any damaged or inappropriate items.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and labeling accurately, including pick slips and shipping tags.
- Utilize space efficiently when packing totes to preserve product integrity and safety.
- Engage positively with customers and assist team members to support smooth operations and resolve customer issues.
- Adhere strictly to food hygiene, safety protocols, and quality standards by maintaining a clean and safe workspace and performing routine safety checks on equipment.
- Demonstrate flexibility with work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.
Potential Challenges
- Manage fast-paced, high-volume workloads efficiently during overnight shifts while maintaining focus and energy.
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for prolonged periods, bending, lifting items up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and carrying out repetitive stock-related duties with precision to maintain store standards.

Compensation
The hourly wage for this position begins at $18.40.
