Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy, ensuring the correct products and quantities from various temperature zones for timely delivery.
- Verify product quality by selecting fresh items, discarding damaged goods, and completing all necessary documentation and labeling accurately.
- Efficiently organize packing to optimize space usage while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Assist customers and collaborate with team members, balancing order fulfillment with positive interactions and problem resolution.
- Follow strict food hygiene, safety guidelines, promptly clean spills, operate equipment safely, and perform required safety inspections.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support consistent store operations.
Challenges in This Role
- Manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced, overnight environment while maintaining focus and energy.
- Handle physical demands such as prolonged standing, bending, lifting up to 20 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Perform repetitive stocking, zoning, and organizing activities with consistent attention to detail.

Compensation
