About the Role
Working as a Fashion Associate at Walmart Canada offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills in retail. This role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, managing fashion merchandise processing and stocking, and upholding merchandise presentation standards such as modular displays and signage. The associate works collaboratively with the team to execute daily responsibilities and seasonal setups within a safe, clean environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers courteously and assist with product promotions, merchandise location, purchase decisions, and resolving any issues or queries.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workspace by adhering to company policies and conducting safety sweep logs, ensuring all displays are securely arranged.
- Manage the processing and stocking of fashion merchandise effectively.
- Keep the sales floor neat and organized for an appealing shopping experience.
- Merchandise non-modular and seasonal fashion items promptly using appropriate fixtures and signage as directed.
- Replace fixtures and supplies as necessary to uphold display standards.
Compensation
The hourly base pay for this position starts at $16.15.

- Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
