Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a small team effectively.
• Promptly receive and restock inventory to ensure product availability.
• Assist with visual merchandising tasks to enhance store presentation.
• Coordinate daily inventory management of stock accurately.
• Comply strictly with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Flexibly support multiple business areas as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience handling high-volume stock receiving is essential.
• Experience supervising warehouse or back dock staff.
• Motivated and hardworking with the ability to multitask and communicate clearly.
• Strong planning skills with clear goal-setting capability.
• Proactive attitude driving team and personal results.
• Excellent time management, delegation, and task follow-up skills.
• Physically fit to lift more than 15kg, capable of bending and ladder use without restrictions.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday between 1pm and 9pm.
