Role Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing everyday store operations.
• Track the daily stock replenishment specifically within your department.
• Drive sales improvements and accomplish department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and coach your team to consistently provide outstanding customer service.
• Demonstrate leadership by setting a positive example in all responsibilities.
• Manage high volumes of stock efficiently.
• Implement department Visual Merchandising according to company standards.
• Organize and execute catalogue campaign launches and planning.
• Support stock integrity initiatives aimed at boosting department profitability.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably possess significant retail leadership experience.
• Well-developed time management skills.
• Experience with visual merchandising is valued.
• Physically able to handle large stock volumes and maintain a brisk work pace.
• Demonstrate an ownership mindset towards your department's success.
• Bring passion and inspiration to motivate your team.
• Be resilient and adept at innovative problem solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Competent in using IT tools relevant to the role.
• First Aid certification is an advantage; willingness to undertake fully funded training if not certified.
