Role Overview

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment and development
• Build and lead a customer-focused team delivering outstanding service
• Drive sales growth and consistently meet department and store key performance indicators
• Execute catalogue campaign launches effectively
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation excellence
• Oversee daily stock recovery and replenishment activities
• Implement stock integrity initiatives to enhance departmental profitability
• Handle high-volume stock management and ensure smooth stock movement

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in retail store management is preferred
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
• Experience with visual merchandising and setting up retail activities
• Physically able to manage large volumes of stock and maintain a brisk work pace
• Possess an ownership mindset towards the store’s success
• Enthusiastic attitude that motivates the team
• Resilient and innovative approach to problem solving
• Capability to analyze and act on reports such as sales, best sellers, and profit & loss statements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Competent with IT tools and applications
• First Aid certification preferred or willingness to complete fully funded training
