Stock Coordinator

Position Overview

This role involves efficiently managing the reception, inspection, storage, and distribution of merchandise to support store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Physically and electronically verify merchandise received to ensure data accuracy.
• Inspect product quality and promptly report any damage or discrepancies to store leadership.
• Organize and arrange stock in the storage area following store protocols to enable fast product accessibility.
• Label incoming stock or process product returns as directed by senior staff.
• Support sales team by replenishing stock on sales floors to maintain consistent product availability.
• Maintain continuous awareness of store security without lapses.
• Adhere to and uphold rigorous housekeeping standards within the store premises.
• Demonstrate flexibility to extend working hours during sales events and festivals.
• Be physically capable of handling heavy lifting, including loads up to at least 10 kg.
• Keep accurate records of inventory inflows and outflows with detailed reporting.
• Monitor for any missing price tags and notify management accordingly.
• Contribute actively during stocktaking activities.
