Job Summary

This role involves stocking, rotating, and storing merchandise and/or food products in the club, ensuring full stock and clear labeling. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness by removing trash and debris is also an essential responsibility.

• Work collaboratively to maintain club standards, including daily execution of a grand opening look, thorough stocking of items, proper promotional setups, accurate and visible signage, and overall cleanliness inside and outside.
• Understand and utilize production and financial performance reports relevant to your department.
• Handle damaged and spoiled goods following company guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping such as trash and cardboard removal.
• Be flexible to cover other departments and duties as assigned.
• Maintain full and dependable attendance as a fundamental job requirement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in grocery or stock roles is preferred.
• Experience in big box or wholesale retail environments is advantageous.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical and Environmental Conditions

• This role requires frequent movement on hard surfaces, including bending, climbing, crawling, reaching, stooping, and handling merchandise.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier or awkward items with assistance.
• Work typically occurs indoors with exposure to loud machinery, requiring communication by raising voice, and possible temperature variations such as freezers and ovens.
• Occasional handling of cleaning agents may be necessary.

Compensation
