About the Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking dedicated Kitchen Support Experts to assist various hotel departments, including kitchen and food and beverage, by handling cleaning tasks and basic kitchen preparations. This position involves maintaining cleanliness of linens and dining ware, operating dishwashing equipment, and transporting items throughout the hotel to ensure smooth operations and a pleasant guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures, promptly reporting any maintenance issues, accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Complete mandatory safety training and certifications to maintain a secure work environment.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, and protect company assets and confidential information.
• Greet and assist guests politely, communicating clearly and professionally at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, fostering positive relationships to achieve team goals.
• Ensure all quality standards are met consistently.
• Perform physical tasks which may involve standing, sitting, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior relevant work or supervisory experience necessary.
• No specific license or certification is mandatory.
