Job Overview

This role goes beyond providing guests with just a clean room and a freshly prepared bed; it is centered on crafting a distinctive and memorable guest experience. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be proficient in diverse housekeeping duties with the responsibility to uphold the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel.

Key Duties

• Maintain tidiness throughout hotel spaces including guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests ensuring satisfaction and comfort.
• Manage stocking and organizing housekeeping carts efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Maintain professional appearance and communication standards.
• Undertake physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and placement of objects up to 50 pounds independently.
