Job Overview

This role focuses on overseeing and engaging in the daily activities involved in maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen and restaurant equipment. The aim is to ensure facilities meet high standards necessary for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in a related role within a luxury five-star hospitality environment.
• Good understanding of HACCP standards and compliance with local hygiene regulations.
